The FIA's stewards will reconvene on Friday to decide whether or not to have a second look at Max Verstappen's move against Lewis Hamilton in last Sunday's Sao Paulo Grand Prix.
Mercedes requested a 'Right of Review' of the incident and representatives of the Brackely squad along with those from Red Bull were heard on Thursday by the stewards. But the final call on the review will be made tomorrow.
"Following today’s hearing with representatives from Mercedes and Red Bull, the stewards are now considering the matter and will publish their decision tomorrow," said the stewards in a statement released on Thursday evening.
As a reminder, Friday's ruling involves only a decision on whether Mercedes' request for a review is receivable.
If so, the stewards will then procede and have a second look at Verstappen's controversial maneuver.
