Red Bull has run the RB11 at Jerez for the first time, with the new car sporting a camouflaged livery.
Team principal Christian Horner admitted the new car was not yet ready as recently as Tuesday, with the team opting not to launch the car ahead of the test. However, the RB11 was able to roll out of the garage at 0900 on the opening day of pre-season testing with Daniel Ricciardo at the wheel.
While all of the other teams present - with the possible exception of McLaren - are running their 2015 liveries, Red Bull has opted for a camouflage livery to ensure the car is harder to study for its rivals.
Ricciardo will drive on the first and third days of the test, with his new team-mate Daniil Kvyat taking over for days two and four.
