Having pledged to pull out all the stops in the gym over the winter for what should be a high intensity 2017 Formula 1 season, Daniel Ricciardo is keeping true to his words if his latest video is anything to go by.

This year will see the introduction of faster and more physically demanding cars, marked by wider tyres and increased levels of downforce. All drivers have vowed to step up their training programmes during the off-season to meet the new challenge.

Ricciardo has documented his strong regimen with a video of his recent trip to Los Angeles, California where he stopped by Red Bull's North America headquarters.

The ever-grinning Aussie could catch a LA Clippers game courtside and attend a motocross event as well, while also showing off his impressive basketball skills...
