The place where nothing changes

As we enter the Monaco Grand Prix week, there’s something unalterable about the whole event and its iconic track. Granted, the layout and surrounding area have both been revised over the years in an effort to improve safety standards, but the unique Monte Carlo atmosphere has not changed in the slightest. This is perfectly captured by the photograph above, which was taken half a century ago.
