After the Mexico GP stewards decided to hand Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel a 10-second time penalty, the Red Bull F1 team took over the podium to hand Daniel Ricciardo the third-place trophy that Vettel had held hours earlier… following a previous sanction imposed on Max Verstappen. The saga thus came full circle.
