To see the Papaya Express on two-wheels after the chaotic opening lap had most thinking that it was done and dusted for the Spaniard. Basically, the McLaren was falling apart and far off the pace on the straights. And yet, Fernando’s race craft resulted in six points in what he believes was one of the best races of his career, which says quite a lot!
