Valtteri Bottas (P4 12 pts) : 8/10
Not happy with his qualifying lap where he lost time in the final two corners, Valtteri did get an excellent launch to move ahead of his team leader, who found himself a sitting duck in front of Räikkönen. He couldn’t match Vettel’s early pace, but began to cut into the gap when Mercedes didn’t bring him in during the first safety car intervention. He briefly led, and did his best to block Vettel but the German easily retook command of the race, and with his tyres going off his chance of a podium was compromised.
