We're all living under the threat of the COVID-19 disease, which means that we all have a crucial role to play to keep ourselves - and others - healthy.
The coronavirus has unfortunately become a pandemic in the past week, but there is a raft of precautionary measures that everyone can and should follow
Self-confinement and social distancing are the best ways to help us turn the corner, but the most basic protective measure - repeated ad nauseum lately - is to wash our hands.
Lewis Hamilton reminded us of the importance of this seemingly banal gesture in a post on social media.
"As you all know, the coronavirus is very very serious," Hamilton said in a short clip on Twitter.
"It's very important that we all work together to help reduce the spread of this virus, and one of the ways we can do that is washing our hands."
It's nothing but common-sense folks. But what's good for a six-time world champion is certainly good for us!
