Lance Stroll (ninth, 2 points) 7.5

In breaking his points duck in his home GP, the teenager lived out a dream. It was a fine riposte for the Canadian after being again eliminated in Q1, where he couldn’t get the most out of his tyres. Using a disjointed but aggressive and finally effective driving style, Lance mixed it up with Magnussen, Hülkenberg and Kvyat and more often than not came out on top. Has the penny finally dropped?
