Marcus Ericsson - 14th place - 7.5/10

The Sauber remains an uncompetitive car - highlighted by Ericsson qualifying last on the grid - but delivered another strong drive on race day. The Swede also had to pit at the end of the first lap having been caught in the incident caused by Esteban Gutierrez, but recovered well. Showed his race craft with some impressive fighting against Daniil Kvyat, albeit on different tyre compounds, with a lap-long scrap on the first lap after the safety car restart eventually seeing Ericsson come out on top.
