Toro Rosso will launch its 2016 livery on the first morning of the second pre-season test next week.

Following uncertainty regarding its power unit supply towards the end of 2015, Toro Rosso was left with a tight deadline to prepare the STR11 for the start of testing. Having got the car ready, the team has started testing with a dark blue livery having not had time to finalise its race livery.

The team has now announced it will unveil its race livery on Tuesday March 1 at 0815, 45 minutes before the start of the second test at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

So far the team has had two interrupted days of testing, with Carlos Sainz's running being curtailed early on Monday due to gearbox concerns. Max Verstappen's first day in the car also saw a stoppage which caused a red flag on Tuesday morning but the Dutch driver later returned to complete over 120 laps.

Only Sauber has yet to launch its 2016 car, with the team set to do so ahead of the second test next week. Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr are driving the 2015 car during the first test.
