F1i's Driver Ratings for the Spanish GP

Marcus Ericsson (eleventh) : 6.5/10

Compared to Wehrlein’s result, his eleventh place pales in comparison. The Swede – on a two stop strategy, which explains why -, missed Q2 thanks to the German for just a few thousands of a second drove a respectable Grand Prix. It was certainly a head turner when he overtook Alonso and Stroll in the unassuming Sauber, which shows that the late upgrades are starting to paying dividends, although he did finish two laps adrift of the top three.
