Sebastian Vettel (second, 18 points) : 9/10

The four-time world champion thought he had done enough in getting the better of Hamilton at the start. He built an eight second lead to the Mercedes before getting stuck behind Bottas who slowed him down. The strategy was to finish on the slower medium tyres. While he gave no quarter on the first quarrel with Lewis while leaving the pits, the second was hopeless against a Mercedes on its albeit worn softs with the DRS advantage. He should have no regrets.
