Sauber has struggled for pace for a while but Nasr has also been struggling for form, something he turned around in Baku. Did well to make it through to Q2 while team-mate Marcus Ericsson struggled, and it wasn’t just a one-off lap as he remained on the attack throughout the race. Happier with the car than he had been in recent races, the confidence was important on a street circuit and he got the best out of his machinery on Sunday.
