In a post-race interview with the media in Hungary, Ferrari team principal addressed rumors associated with both Sebastian Vettel and James Allison.
Following a string of disappointing results, and with Ferrari CEO Sergio Marchionne applying increased scrutiny on the Scuderia's troops, speculation emerged that the atmosphere in the red camp was perhaps deteriorating.
Italian media claimed that Sebastian Vettel's frustrations were growing and that technical director James Allison's days at Maranello were counted. Arrivabene brushed the rumors aside however.
"That is the ‘charm’ of Ferrari," said the Italian manager who broke his silence to the English speaking media.
"Some weeks ago the rumours were on Kimi, then on Allison, then on Seb. The good news is: nobody would write about something boring – so we must be considered super interesting!
"A couple of months ago, journalists began to ask Kimi the same question, and after him it was my turn, that (James) Allison would soon take my place.
"Now that we confirm the contract with Kimi the press is saying that Allison is leaving! You know what? Please, let us work in peace."
According to Arrivabene, while obviously not pleased with the team's current results and level of performance, the Scuderia remains together and undivided
"This is a strong and united team. This supposedly low morale is all just stories to try to make us have low morale, but we never give up - never, never, never."
