With ’Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’ released on Friday, here is the occasion to watch gameplay footage showing triple world champion Lewis Hamilton in the latest instalment of the ultra-successful video game franchise.
The Mercedes driver announced last month that he would have a star cameo in the 13th episode of the series, with Hamilton appearing in six scenes of the game.
“I play Call of Duty every winter… obviously during the year but particularly in the winter, so to have got the call with the opportunity to be a part of it, I was like – absolutely, I jumped at it.” the 31-year-old had told reporters ahead of the United States Grand Prix in Austin.
Hamilton is the latest celebrity to make an appearance in the Call of Duty series, having been preceded by the likes of actors Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kevin Spacey, and Jason Statham, US rapper Ice Cube, or mixed martial fighter Conor McGregor.
