Daniel Ricciardo (P6, 8 pts): 7/10
After 53 laps, he finished sixth, having moved up 12 places. Seeing where the RB14 began the race, he could only hope, without attrition, for fifth place at best, which was taken by his team mate, who blew past him at the start. However, their pace was very different. At one point, there was nearly 30 second between them and they were on the same strategy. It was hard to spot, but Daniel suffered front-wing damage after running over debris on lap one. He came in for a new nose and fresh rubber, before cruising to the chequers.
