Daniil Kvyat - 13th place - 6/10
Kvyat was unfortunate in a race where Sainz displayed there were opportunities for Toro Rosso. Unlike his team-mate, Kvyat took on the intermediate tyre early in the race and was running competitively - albeit down the order - before a puncture forced him to pit for another set of intermediates just two laps before the safety car was deployed due to Ericsson's crash. On the race restart, Kvyat was hit by Palmer and suffered damage which hampered the car's performance for the rest of the race.
