All business….He did his bit to give Mercedes a lockout of row one in the rain. Then at the start he did the wingman thing. When Vettel returned to the track after his stop, Bottas kept the German - who was on faster rubber - at bay. But with no grip left on his Pirellis, Vettel got by. The Finn kept his boot on the gas however and wound up tagging the Ferrari. Two laps later he clouted the much faster Ricciardo, a move for which he was sanctioned. A complicated ending to what could’ve been a third Mercedes one-two for 2018.
