Front wing change spells pitlane start for Stroll

Lance Stroll will start this afternoon's Hungarian Grand Prix from the pitlane after Williams was forced to change the front wing of the Canadian's FW41 following his crash in qualifying yesterday.

Stroll damaged the front end of his car in Q2, hitting the barrier at Turn 9 during the session's wet and tricky conditions.

Unfortunately, the lack of a spare component - Stroll was running a new-spec element - forced Williams to revert to the previous version of the front-wing, a change that entails a start from the pitlane.

Drivers who qualified behind the Canadian - who was due to start 15th - shall therefore gain a spot on the grid.
