Sergio Perez continues to settle in with his new team, Red Bull Racing, with the Mexican driver now in the thick of his preparations for the 2021 season.
Last month, Perez reported for duty at Milton Keynes for a tour of the championship winning team's facility, a visit followed the next day by his first seat fitting and his first hours of simulator work.
On his introductory tour, the Sakhir GP winner was predictably impressed by Red Bull's infrastructure and the powerful engineering expertise housed at Milton Keynes.
"When you come here you realize and you straight away know why they have been so successful," Perez said.
"The amount of infrastructure they have, the development, people… They have very capable people here.
"It's in a way very different to the teams that I worked for, it's like a dog finding a new family. It's just a dream come true."
During his first visit, Perez met up with Red Bull technical director Adrian Newey, a man responsible for more championship winning cars in F1 than any other engineer in the sport's history.
"Very very impressed to see his big drawing machine there," commented the Mexican. "All the time you cross through his office he's drawing something.
"The amount of communication he has with the driver, he understands what you're talking about, like a driver. It's like talking to a racing driver."
