Kimi heads back home, family in tow

It's been a long grind for Kimi Raikkonen this year, with many expecting the Finn to finally call it a day on his time in F1.

The 39-year-old, tireless and still impassioned, will return to the grid next March however for another trip around F1's sun, this time with Sauber, the team that launched his career back in 2001.

In the interim, a trip back home to Finland and some well-deserved down-time is in order for the Raikkonen family.

Meanwhile, Kimi's recently published book titled 'Winnow your Words', featuring Japanese Haiku poems, is almost half sold out, with the proceeds of the sales going straight to the Grand Prix trust which provides support to F1's unsung heroes, mechanics and team personnel, to help them put their lives back on track when things go wrong.
