As the second part of the 2017 season gets underway, one question is now firmly on everyone's lips: who is going to emerge on top in this year's world championship?

Mercedes started as red hot favourites to clinch their fourth consecutive driver and constructors titles. However, Sebastian Vettel's win for Ferrari in the season opener in Australia upset that apple cart straight away.

Mercedes has gone on to win six races of the year so far compared to a total of four for Ferrari. But any suggestion that Mercedes was building momentum was once again derailed by Ferrari's impressive 1-2 at Hungary.

Mercedes' position is further compromised by having two drivers performing nearly equally. While Vettel is the focus at Maranello, honours at Brackley are evenly split between Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.

So who do you think is going to win this year's world championship? Will Hamilton tough it out, see off the threat from his team mate and overhaul Vettel in the remaining nine races of 2017?

Or will Vettel be able to hold on to his current 14 point lead over Hamilton in the standings? He's unencumbered by any fear of a threat from his own team mate. But even so, is the Ferrari strong enough to carry him to his fifth driver's title?

Perhaps Bottas could deliver what would be a genuine shock to the sport. Just nine months ago he was at Williams still seeking his first Grand Prix win. Now he's got two victories under his belt and is just 19 points behind Hamilton - firmly within touching distance!

Here's your chance to have your say in who you think will emerge victorious. We're excited to know which of the three you're backing for this year's world championship.

We'll be sure to update you on the outcome before the start of the Belgian Grand Prix weekend!
