Unsurprisingly, as regular contenders for the fastest top speed, Force India's drivers were next in line in their pink VJM11.
The tail end of the field offered another habitual stat, with McLaren's MCL33 once again among the slowest cars in terms of straight-line speed, despite theoretically benefiting from a new-spec and more powerful Renault engine.
However, Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton and both Red Bull drivers were also in the third tier of the ranking, underlining perhaps a set-up balanced more towards handling - and tyre management - than top speed.
