Scuderia AlphaTauri's new car that will be unveiled this week will adopt the 'AT01' classification as the team abandons its former STR nomenclature.
The junior Red Bull squad raced in Formula 1 for 14 seasons under its original Toro Rosso name, but the Faenza-based squad has been rebranded to promote the energy drink company's fashion line called AlphaTauri.
The Italian team will pull the covers off its Honda-powered AT01 on Friday evening at an event organized at Red Bull's famous Hanger 7 located at Salzburg's airport in Austria.
Former F1 driver David Coulthard will be on hand to act as the evening's MC, introducing AlphaTauri's unchanged line-up represented by Pierre Gasly and Daniil Kvyat who will also showcase their outfit's new teamwear and race suits.
