The Hungarian Grand Prix was red-flagged after two laps following a collision and chaos at the first corner sparked by Valtteri Bottas.

The field launched off the grid on intermediate tyres, with Lewis Hamilton leading the pack. While the Mercedes was spared any dram, a late braking Bottas rammed the back of Lando Norris who in turn hit the Red Bull of Max Verstappen.

Bottas than t-boned the other Red Bull of Sergio Perez while around the corner Aston Martin's Lance Stroll took out Ferrari's Charles Leclerc who spun around McLaren's Daniel Ricciardo.

The end result saw Bottas, Leclerc, Stroll and Perez out on the spot while several drivers - including Verstappen and Norris - returned to the pits following the red flag with damaged cars.

Up ahead, the race was halted with Hamilton in the lead, followed by Alpine's Esteban Ocon, Sebastian Vettel, Carlos Sainz and Yuki Tsunoda!

But Valtteri Bottas is likely to feel very lonely this afternoon at the Hungaroring.
