George Russell enjoyed his first visit to Mercedes' factories in Brackley and Brixworth to meet those who will be working tirelessly this season to uphold the championship winning team's success rate.
As a young talented mentored by Mercedes who underwent a spectacular baptism of fire with the team in 2020 in Bahrain when he substituted for Lewis Hamilton, Russell is well acquainted with the team's top brass and race engineers.
But back at the manufacturer's chassis and power unit factories, hundreds of employees are unknown faces for Mercedes' new charger.

So a full tour of the German outfit's campus was in order as Russell and his crews enter the thick of their preparations for the 2022 season.
Mercedes will pull the covers off its all-new W13 car at Silverstone on February 21 where Russell and, most likely, teammate Lewis Hamilton will shale down their new silver arrows mount.
