Formula 1 has inked a 15-year strategic partnership with Tottenham Hotspur FC in a deal that will include the installation of an indoor electric karting facility located on the site of the London football club's new stadium.

The collaboration will also see the two parties work together to help identify and foster a new generation of motorsport talent through the establishment of a young driver academy.

The high-tech karting circuit, described as London's longest indoor track and the "world's first in-stadium electric karting track" is scheduled to open in August 2023.

The facility - based below the stadium's South Stand - will feature separate tracks for adults and juniors accredited by the National Karting Association, making the venue eligible for future national karting events.
