Philippe Bianchi hints at litigation

When the 2015 season kicks off this weekend, one will spare a thought once again for Jules Bianchi who remains in a coma in a French hospital in Nice.
Philippe Bianchi, Jules' father, confided in an interview recently with Italy's Gazetta dello Sport that his son's health condition remains uncertain.

"Jules is still in a coma and as long as he does not wake up, the only thing we can do is wait. It takes patience, a lot of patience, but it is difficult to know that at any moment a terrible call could be coming from the hospital. We have to remain strong."

Philippe also spoke for the first time of the possibility of holding those responsible legally accountable for the horrendous accident which occurred during last season's Japanese GP.

"We've hired a lawyer who is currently extensively studying what exactly happened last October, and I'm waiting on his conclusions and advice to decide a future course of action. What happened at Suzuka was not normal, and if it appears that someone must be held accountable, then they will be without question."
