It seems like Formula 1 drivers are catching the "own a kart brand" bug, as Carlos Sainz has joined the likes of Fernando Alonso and Lando Norris in launching his own line of speed machines.
Aspiring racers now have even more choices to chase their checkered flag dreams, as Sainz has teamed up with his former karting partner, OTK Kart Group, to launch a new kart brand: CS55 Racing.
Sainz was on hand this week at Cremona in Italy to showcase his new product which not only embodies the combined vast experience of driver and manufacturer, but also carries the Spaniard’s signature black, red and yellow colors.
“CS55 Racing is an exciting project for me,” commented the Ferrari charger. “OTK Kart Group is the international reference in the world of karting and I couldn't be prouder to work with them. »
“I have the feeling that we are closing the loop, both for our shared past and what it means to know that the drivers of tomorrow will pursue their dreams in this kart.
