It’s hard to believe it’s been a year on this day since the paddock lost Eddie Jordan, its brightest neon shirt and its sharpest tongue.

As a man synonymous with flair, audacity, and a love of all things fast, Eddie didn’t just run a team back in the day – he brought excitement, colour, and a mischievous edge to every race weekend.

After selling his outfit Jordan Grand Prix, which eventually evolved into the current Aston Martin team, Eddie became the voice of irreverence in the paddock, reminding viewers that F1 isn’t just milliseconds and strategy — it’s theatre, chaos, and a whole lot of fun.

Today, we remember Eddie not for the trophies, but for putting smiles, mischief, and pure passion back into Formula 1.
