Isack Hadjar, Red Bull (DNF) – 3.5/10
A weekend to forget for the rookie. After starting from the pitlane due to technical breach by Red Bull in qualifying, Hadjar’s race ended prematurely on lap 4 when he lost the rear and found the wall. While the Frenchman’s pace is undeniable, tendency for errors are still creeping and proving costly. Isack still needs to calm the nerves.
Pierre Gasly, Alpine (DNF) – 5/10
Gasly was looking punchy early on, but his Miami heat was extinguished by a lap 4 collision with Liam Lawson. It was a "wrong place, wrong time" scenario that ended in a retirement through no real fault of his own. Until then, he’d shown decent midfield pace, but you can’t score points from the paddock while watching the sunset.
