Charles Leclerc, Ferrari (P8) – 5.5/10
A disaster of a final act for Leclerc. He was firmly in the hunt for a podium until a chaotic final two laps saw him spin and hit the wall. To make matters worse, he was hit with a massive post-race time penalty for a pit exit infringement. From P3 to P8 is a bitter pill to swallow for the Scuderia.

Franco Colapinto, Alpine (P7) – 8/10
Colapinto is making that Alpine seat look very comfortable. He drove a brilliant, measured race to finish P7 from P8 on the grid. He was consistently the fastest of the midfield – and faster than Gasly in qualifying – and even managed to keep a recovering Verstappen honest for a few laps. It was a much-needed star performance from the young Argentine.
