Arvid Lindblad, RB (P14) – 6.5/10
For a rookie, Lindblad showed a steady hand in a race that claimed far more experienced victims. He stayed out of trouble, managed his tyres well, and brought the car home in P14. It wasn't flashy, but in the chaotic environment of Miami, sometimes just finishing with all four wheels attached – while learning the ropes – is a minor victory.
Esteban Ocon, Haas (P13) – 6/10
Ocon had a quiet but competent race. He started P14 and hovered around that area for the duration. The Haas had flashes of speed, but he couldn't quite bridge the gap to the points-paying positions. A professional drive, if a bit uninspired, keeping the car clean and the data flowing for the American team.
