Hot on the heels of their Chinese feud, Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton head to Bahrain for next weekend's Grand Prix in the Kingdom island, where tensions between the two may just flare up once again.
Rosberg, who continues to take a dim view of his team mate's behavior in China, has vowed to move on, albeit by branding Hamilton's actions as 'irrelevant', while the British driver has stated that Rosberg simply didn't try hard enough to beat him in China.
"We're starting from scratch again. Lewis can drive as he wants - it's up to him. It's completely irrelevant to me," the German driver said.
While he has now decided to remain oblivious to the relationship with his Mercedes counterpart, Rosberg did acknowledge the need to step up to the mark and properly challenge his rival.
"I just have to try again to make a comeback and go on a run like I did last year. Between Lewis and I, sometimes it's going well and sometimes less good. Right now we're in a difficult situation again but I see no reason to discuss our relationship. I can and I will turn it around in a few days and beat Lewis."
