Kazuki Nakajima (P1 overall, P1 in LMP1): 9/10
He may not have set the world a light in his three seasons at Williams, but Kaz blew the endurance world up in qualifying, lapping the 13.626km two seconds clear of the #7 car. He chased down the leading #7 Toyota in the early hours of Sunday to solidify the job done earlier by his Spanish team mate to make up the time lost due to Buemi's penalty. Nakajima can now put his 2016 heartbreak behind him as he joins Seiji Ara and Masanori Sekiya on the very short list of Japanese winners at Le Mans.
