F1i Driver Ratings for the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix

Esteban Ocon, Haas (P16) – 6/10

Esteban Ocon squeezed as much potential out of his Haas as humanly possible, even if the final classification tells a grim story. He appeared far more comfortable behind the wheel than in recent outings, keeping his nose clean throughout. Unfortunately, severe tyre degradation left him defenseless against faster midfield rivals as the stints wore on. It was a clean, disciplined drive, but the car simply lacked race pace.

Franco Colapinto, Alpine (P15) – 4.5/10

Franco Colapinto started strongly but quickly fell away as his Alpine suffered severe handling and grip degradation. The Argentine driver spent the second half of the race fighting balance issues rather than battling competitors, eventually finishing two laps down. Managing blue flags added extra frustration to a difficult stint, but he ultimately lacked the speed of his teammate. A challenging afternoon that highlighted his ongoing setup struggles.
