Pierre Gasly spent his afternoon wrestling an uncooperative Alpine that had refused to respond to setup changes. Starting 10th, he gradually fell back as unpredictable aerodynamics and poor balance ruined his race pace. He voiced clear frustration over team radio regarding the car's limitations, questioning whether incoming updates will fix these recurring flaws. Finishing 12th was about the limit of what his package could offer on Sunday.
Gabriel Bortoleto, Audi (P11) – 6.5/10
Gabriel Bortoleto put in an impressive opening stint on soft tyres, briefly threatening to secure an eighth-place finish. However, Audi’s decision to commit to a one-stop strategy left the Brazilian vulnerable on heavily worn hard tyres during the closing laps. He lost out to Liam Lawson late on, agonizingly missing out on points in 11th. It was another mature, controlled performance that deserved a better outcome.
