Bottas’ Sunday felt less like a Grand Prix and more like an agonizing engineering test session. Out-qualified by his teammate and saddled with dragging a heavy chassis, he spent his afternoon managing severe rear brake overheating and endless lift-and-coast directives before Audi finally pulled the plug. Hard to shine when you're driving a mobile diagnostic lab.
Sergio Perez, Cadillac (P15) – 5/10
Checo used every ounce of his street-circuit experience to keep his Cadillac off the concrete walls, but the car simply lacks the muscular pace to mount a real attack. Finishing nine seconds shy of the points is respectable given the machinery, yet keeping it clean is the absolute bare minimum expected from a driver with six career victories.
