Racing Point will enjoy a rebranding next season, and with the change to Aston Martin F1 will likely come a new title sponsor to replace Austrian water company BWT.
According to a report from Motorsport-Total, Aston Martin Racing is in talks with American IT and digital multinational Cognizant, a company that employs 300,000 people worldwide, to become its principal partner from next year.
BWT splashed its vibrant shade of pink on Force India/Racing Point's cars in 2017 and has since enjoyed a good return on its investment with Team Silverstone.
However, BWT had originally mulled a €50m partnership with championship winning team Mercedes for 2017, a collaboration that would have evidently yielded massive exposure for the company given the Brackley squad's enduring success but at a much higher cost.
If Cognizant does indeed take over BWT's principal partner deal, it's uncertain if the water company would remain among Aston's pool of sponsors.
Regardless of how the future commercial deals fall into place, AMR's chargers will swap pink for a distinguished shade of British racing green next season.
