Oliver Bearman, Haas (P12) – 6.5/10
The youngster produced a feisty, controlled performance around one of the calendar's toughest tracks. After prevailing in a fiery early battle against Ocon, Bearman comfortably ran in the points positions through the first stint. Faster cars inevitably shuffled him down as strategies unfolded, but P12 accurately reflected Haas’ total performance ceiling on Sunday. A mature drive that comfortably outshone the sister car.

Pierre Gasly, Alpine (P11) – 5.5/10
Gasly turned heads with a superb qualifying display to nab row four, but Sunday brought only frustration. Poor traction out of slow corners and drastic rear tyre degradation saw him eaten alive by Lawson and Hulkenberg early on. Despite defending valiantly against countryman Hadjar late in the day, his resistance crumbled right before the finish. He extracted everything from the Alpine, but the car simply bled pace.
