F1i Driver Ratings for the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari (P6) – 5.5/10

Hamilton was handed a tactical lemon when Ferrari opted against pitting him under the VSC. While it briefly granted him track position over Leclerc, it left him defenseless on heavily degraded rubber later on. Lewis deserves immense credit for squeezing an absurd 44-lap stint out of a set of softs, but he was left a defenceless target for Antonelli and the McLarens late on. Tactical folly ruined his podium shot.

Oscar Piastri, McLaren (P5) – 7.5/10

Lady Luck thoroughly turned her back on Piastri in Singapore. A painfully slow initial pit stop dropped him down the order, and just as he began cutting back through, a slow puncture forced an unplanned second stop. He showed excellent patience to eventually carve through Hamilton’s stout defense late in the day. Fifth place represents decent damage limitation, but he easily had the pace for far better.
