Racing Point will roll out its 2020 contender at Silverstone next week, the pink outfit taking advantage of a filming day next Wednesday to test its new-spec RP20.
F1's regulations allow teams to run their current cars during two filming days in the year, with each session limited to 100 kilometers and demo tyres supplied by Pirelli.
Racing Point - whose RP20 made quite an impression in pre-season testing earlier - will entrust Lance Stroll with next week's test at Silverstone.
"We're definitely looking forward to seeing how competitive it is," Racing Point team boss Otmar Szafnauer told Motorsport.com.
"I think the first few circuits should be OK for us, even Hungary, and Silverstone should be OK too. Then we're back to Barcelona, and over the winter we looked pretty decent there.
"I think that schedule should bode well for us. So we're very much looking forward to seeing how the car performs and what we can do at each one of those circuits to find the sweet spot and optimise the set-up."
This week, Mercedes completed two days of extensive testing at Silverstone but the Silver Arrows squad relied on its 2018 W09 machine in order to enjoy unlimited mileage.
Ferrari is also expected to gear up for next month's curtain-raiser in Austria with a test at Fiorano, while Red Bull Racing has yet to reveal if it will be running ahead of the start of the 2020 season.
