Despite its dismal 2015 season, Red Bull will always be a force to be reckoned with according to Mercedes' Nico Rosberg.
Following dominant seasons from 2010 to 2013, Red Bull Racing slipped down the order when F1 ushered in the era of the V6 hybrid power unit.
The Milton Keynes outfit found itself chained to the performance level of its Renault engine which, while it did show a relative competitive edge in 2014, with Daniel Ricciardo clinching three outright wins, was blown into oblivion by its rivals last year, its performance and reliability in tatters.
But Nico Rosberg believes the team's past achievements and current expertise encourage him to remain guarded as Red Bull still remains a potential threat.
"You always have to reckon with Red Bull," Rosberg said in an interview with Motorsport-Magazin.com. "They are a very strong team.
"Up to one and a half years ago, they were absolutely dominant, simply unbeatable. They could always make a comeback, so we have to keep an eye on them."
