Will Stevens will not start the Malaysian Grand Prix after Manor failed to fix a fuel system issue.
The Briton had been permitted to start the race despite missing qualifying with the issue, with the stewards satisfied with the lap times set during free practice. However, the team failed to fix the problem in time for the start of the Malaysian GP, meaning Stevens will not race.
Sadly Will is unable to start today's race as we have not been able to get on top of the fuel system problem from yesterday.

Roberto Merhi starts the race from last place on the grid despite having failed to set a time within 107% during qualifying. Merhi's start will be the first for the team this season after Manor failed to run at all in Australia.
