Fernando Alonso, Aston Martin (P10) – 5/10
Aston Martin lacked single-lap speed and race pace all weekend, looking thoroughly - and unsurprisngly - uncompetitive. Yet, through the absolute miracle of attrition, the old maestro still walked away with a point. Alonso simply avoided the walls, minded his own business, and let the chaotic wave of retirements and penalties ahead do the work.

Esteban Ocon, Haas (P9) – 6/10
A dismal 17th on the grid gave Ocon an alpine mountain to climb on Sunday. While a ninth-place finish looks stellar on paper, it owed everything to six cars ahead of him failing to finish. He navigated the late-race restart chaos well, but the final result heavily flatters what was an otherwise anonymous weekend.
