Alex Albon, Williams (NC) – 3.5/10
A total nightmare from start to finish. Albon wrestled a wildly unpredictable car balance all weekend, which was compounded by a glacial pit stop to fix a loose FOM camera. While the car was clearly a handful, his teammate showed there was still some life in the FW28, leaving Albon with few places to hide.

Oliver Bearman, Haas (P17) – 7/10
A mature and impressive outing from the Haas rookie, even if the final classification doesn't show it. Bearman outperformed the underlying pace of his machinery, executing a brilliant first stint and capitalising on the VSC. A late-race retirement masked what was otherwise a highly composed and commendable day in the cockpit.
