Gabriel Bortoleto, Audi (P8) – 8.5/10
A defensive masterclass from the Brazilian. Bortoleto extended his first stint brilliantly, benefited from VSC timing, and then spent half the race holding off a faster Racing Bulls car. Kept his cool under immense pressure to secure healthy points for Audi just two weeks after doing the same at Silverstone.
Lando Norris, McLaren (P7) – 6.5/10
Plenty of raw speed, but dreadful luck. Norris had genuine podium pace early on, only for a poorly timed VSC and a clumsy pit stop to shatter his race. He fought back valiantly, but seventh is a deeply frustrating outcome given his performance potential.
