He wasted little time in disposing of Räikkönen and the teenager drivers before adopting a pace similar to that of his team leader. Bottas denied Vettel three precious points – the same number retro-ceded by Hamilton in Hungary – and assured a Mercedes double, which was looking a mighty tall order following a completely botched Q3.
