For the first time this year, the Englishman has won two successive Grands Prix and takes command of the championship. Simply put, he was in a league of his own on Sunday. And he was even more spectacular in qualifying where each of his laps was a demonstration of bravery and perfection as he took his 69th pole position by more than a second. A mega performance! This was a perfect result before heading to Singapore, which, in theory, should be harder slogging for the Mercs.
